- ➤ Baylor's men's team plans to debut NBA draftee James Nnaji in today's 1 p.m. conference play game against TCU while the women's team faces Iowa State at 2 p.m. Sunday (they are riding a four-game win streak). KXXV
- ➤ Baylor named Austin Woods as its offensive line coach and promoted Craig Watts to assistant, according to coach Dave Aranda on Thursday. Woods, who served as interim coach during the final five games last season, and Watts, a Fort Hood native, bring strong football experience to the team. KCENTV
