- ➤ Waco Regional Airport launched an online savings calculator that compares airfare, parking, gas and time costs when flying locally versus driving to Dallas & Austin. In a Miami test trip for three, Waco was cheapest and the airport hopes more direct flights will soon follow. KCENTV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ ERCOT said it has improved the grid since the 2021 freeze by weatherizing its facilities and adding fast response measures; an energy expert warned that without extra resources the grid may still suffer another outage. A conservation request was issued Wednesday from 6 to 9 p.m. during this past cold snap. KXXV
