- ➤ Waco Metropolitan Planning Organization is creating a plan to transform US Business 77 into a pedestrian-friendly boulevard to boost local development; the project will add biking and walking paths with a 2.5-mile section from I-35 in Bellmead to University Parks Drive and may take 10+ years to complete.
