CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ Texas Music Café returns to its original home on Franklin Avenue with weekly shows from 8 to 10 p.m., preserving almost 10,000 hours of local music and marking 29 years of history; plans for a 30th-anniversary reunion will unfold next year. KCENTV
- ➤ Local Christians will attend Ash Wednesday services at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church on North 30th Street to receive ashes on their foreheads (a sign of reflection that marks the start of Lent). The service promotes spiritual discipline and community support. KXXV
