- ➤ Waco business owner Andrew Lynn of Phone MD said he welcomed the U.S. Customs and Border Protection tariff exemptions on smartphones, computer monitors and other electronic parts because his vendors warned that prices would soon rise if tariffs returned. He said his business depends on steady material costs—vendors notified him that rising costs could force price increases on future shipments. KXXV
