- ➤ Belton residents served by Dog Ridge Water still face boil notices and outages despite new management, and General Manager Rudy Watkins said parts and weather delays hinder repairs while the utility plans to apply for grants to replace 2,145 meters by summer (if $1.1 million is secured in two weeks).
