- ➤ Valor Preparatory Academy, one of Waco’s largest private schools, plans to transform Bosque Square Shopping Center (7524 Bosque Blvd) into a new campus that will triple its space. The $20 million project will be carried out in three phases (adding classrooms, gyms, and a cafeteria) and construction will begin once the city approves the plans. Waco Tribune-Herald

- ➤ TxDOT shifted lanes on I-35 between 12th Street & S Loop 340 beginning Saturday at 7:00 p.m. with lane and ramp closures affecting northbound traffic; the roadway will reopen by 10 a.m. today. KXXV
