- ➤ Waco restaurants are expanding as Encore Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits grows its presence at the Hippodrome by opening a second-floor venue that will soon serve four-course meals and movies while hiring staff and adding more TVs and fans. El Conquistador reopened its remodeled Bellmead location on Sept 2, and Wienerschnitzel is progressing on a new location with a drive-thru as Dog Haus Biergarten updates its opening schedule (along with several other local eateries planning new developments).
