- ➤ Commissioner D.L. Wilson said crews spent about $2000 to remove over 1,000 pounds of trash dumped on Wilson Road in McLennan County—residents are urged to report future incidents as offenders may face up to two years in jail and fines up to $10,000. KXXV

- ➤ The Dr Pepper Museum in Waco announced it will debut a 23‑foot‑tall Big Bottle in its courtyard in May 2026 — part of its 35th Birthday Bash celebration. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ SNAP rules will change in November as new work requirements extend benefits to adults up to 64 and remove exemptions for veterans, homeless individuals and foster youth in Waco.
