- ➤ On Saturday morning, hundreds of cars lined up outside Waco ISD Stadium as the Central Texas Food Bank and Shepherd's Heart distributed 37,000 pounds of food to 1,000 families amid rising food insecurity — local families faced growing hardships with increased living costs. The event provided critical support ahead of the holidays, and a new food bank facility will open in Waco early next year to meet the community's needs. KXXV
