Good morning, Waco.

Waco-area nonprofits are working to provide more Christmas toys to families this holiday season and are taking donations to support year-round operations.

Scottish Rite Masons and local volunteers—including members of the Rose of Sharon—prayed before packing boxes of Thanksgiving meals to be delivered by Meals on Wheels.

The effort aims to support families in need across Waco.

Several Waco stores welcomed early Black Friday shoppers as pre-dawn lines and festive scenes unfolded—while chaotic crowds seen in past years have become less common.
