PIE-PAN DECORATING OVERVIEW

Every family has one and it shows up on every holiday table. This year, make it yourself! Our potters have prepared handmade clay pie pans, still soft and ready for your personal touch. Spend a relaxed afternoon stamping, carving, and painting a one-of-a-kind pie plate - and then fill it with Grandma's apple pie for years to come.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pick Your Pan

Choose from ready-made pie pans shaped by our potters. No wheel, no experience needed - the hard part is already done.

Shape the Edge

Crimp, flute, scallop, or braid the rim just like a real pie crust. We'll show you a few easy techniques, step by step.

Make It Yours

Stamp a family name, a Bible verse, a recipe title, or the year. Carve into or attach leaves, wheat, or flowers on the outside of the pan. Press in a child's handprint, add a color, make it your own.

We Handle the Rest

We'll glaze and fire your pan in our kiln. It comes back food-safe and oven-safe, ready for years of baking. Your finished pie pan will be ready for pickup in time for Christmas ([PICKUP DATE]).

WHO IS IT FOR?

Families, friends, moms and daughters, grandparents and grandkids, small groups, and anyone who loves to bake. Kids 10 and up are welcome with a grown-up.

MAKES A GREAT GIFT

A handmade pie pan is a gift that gets used every holiday. Make one for your table and one for someone you love - each additional pie plate is just $20 to fire. Finished pans are ready in time to wrap up for Christmas or give as a gift with a warm pie inside.

Hot cocoa, sparkling water, coffee and tea are on us.
